Richard Frankowski is a partner with the firm of The Frankowski Firm, LLC, based in Birmingham, Alabama. Richard has represented hundreds of investors around the country in FINRA arbitrations and in civil litigation and has helped recover millions in damages on behalf of clients injured by the wrongful conduct of brokers and brokerage firms. His practice focuses on stock broker fraud, consumer class actions and direct and derivative shareholder litigation. Richard is a member of the Alabama and Florida Bars as well as a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and National Trial Lawyers. In 2012, the National Trial Lawyers named him one of Alabama’s top 100 lawyers. Currently, Mr. Frankowski serves on the Board of Directors for the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, an international organization dedicated to investor protection. Mr. Frankowski is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and is the co-author of The Practitioner’s Guide to Securities Arbitration, to be published by the American Bar Association in 2013.

Mr. Frankowski graduated from Georgetown University in 1993 with a B.A. in Political Science and in 1997 with an M.A. from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service. He attended the University of Alabama School of Law and the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business and graduated in 2000 with a J.D./M.B.A.
